ABOUT XONY

"Seeing people succeed and better themselves is such a rewarding thing to be a part of. Their confidence and self esteem increase and they become much happier, healthier people. That's the part of my job that I love the most."
I was born in Philadelphia, PA, and was very active as a youth in school. Football, Baseball and Wrestling were sports I excelled in, and kept me physically fit. After High school, being significantly less active, I became extremely overweight in only a couple of years. I looked and felt terrible. At my very highest, I weighed over 300 pounds. As a result, I became very depressed and disappointed in myself.

Working out and dieting on my own did not help, because I lacked direction. I was not committed to sticking with a consistent plan. Since it was clear I needed help, I decided to hire a personal trainer. This decision was one of the best of my life. I learned what a difference proper nutrition and training could do for a person. I lost over 100 pounds in 8 months and felt awesome. It was at that moment, my passion for Bodybuilding and learning more about proper nutrition was born.

I have studied and worked with many different trainers over the years creating my own style, and my own plans. Today, 18 years later I have transformed hundreds of clients, which solidifies that my plans are proven to work. I absolutely love what I do, there is nothing more rewarding than watching a person transform their body and feel great!

I truly identify with my clients, having been in their position myself. Helping someone to build or rebuild their self-confidence and self-esteem through their accomplishments is absolutely the most rewarding aspect of my job.

ABOUT BRITT

Growing up I stayed in pretty good shape, being a swimmer - I was known for being extremely strong. I would beat the guys at arm wrestling & got 17 pull ups as a junior in high school during a contest in gym class. My dad would ask me to help move furniture or lift heavy things when he needed help because he knew how strong I was. AND I LOVED IT. It is so empowering & freeing to know you can accomplish whatever you need & people can depend on you when they need help- especially when its family.
I went to college, life got busy & without swim practice - I got weak. I couldn't do what I used to - couldn't help my dad like I used to. The worst part about it was somewhere along the way I forgot what it felt like to be strong & that proud feeling of "Yes I can". I didn't feel like me anymore.

I met Xony when I was in a very dark place in my life. The worst year of my life & I felt helpless. Like it was downhill from here on out at only 32 years old. He pulled me out of despair. Out of depression, anxiety & worthlessness. Training with him gave me something positive to look forward to. I felt myself getting stronger and stronger. He saved me mentally. I started to remember what it felt like to be strong.

We started dating & I started learning SO much.
Helping him to help others just as he did with me has been a privilege. Not only do I get to be a small part of bettering lives, but I get to meet so many fantastic people. As we start building our life together, we share the same passion for helping people & have committed to changing the lives of the people in our community.

I enjoy encouraging & watching the physical & emotional change that comes with getting stronger & healthier - especially in our women clients. Women are so strong in every way & we must never forget or let go of that. We have to fight to keep that title, especially as we age & life stays busy.
